ReadyWeb Seller Policy (Acceptable Use Policy)
ReadyWeb is a platform that enables individuals and businesses to create their own online store or website. To ensure a safe and reliable environment, all sellers using ReadyWeb must comply with applicable laws and with this Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
It is strictly prohibited to use ReadyWeb to offer, sell, or promote:
Products or services that are illegal under applicable law.
Drugs, controlled substances, firearms, explosives, or ammunition.
Counterfeit or stolen goods, or items infringing intellectual property rights or trademarks.
Adult content, pornography, or sexual services.
Gambling, betting, or lotteries not authorized by law.
Unregulated financial activities, including cryptocurrency sales without proper licensing or unauthorized investment services.
Malicious software, spam, pyramid schemes, or any form of fraud.
Activities that may harm other users, customers, or ReadyWeb’s reputation.
Sellers using ReadyWeb must:
Comply with all laws and regulations in their country and in the countries of their customers.
Ensure that the products or services offered are authentic, legal, and accurately described.
Maintain up-to-date contact information for customer support.
Not use ReadyWeb for fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.
ReadyWeb allows sellers to integrate payment providers such as PayPal and MercadoPago. By doing so, sellers must accept and comply with the terms and conditions of those providers, including the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in suspension or termination of the seller’s account on ReadyWeb, as well as loss of access to payment services.
ReadyWeb reserves the right to suspend, limit, or terminate any store that violates this Acceptable Use Policy. In serious cases, ReadyWeb may report suspicious activity to payment providers and/or the relevant authorities.
